This tool reads the video page the same way a browser does, finds every stream the platform is willing to serve, and hands you the one you asked for. Video comes out as a standard MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio, so it plays on phones, TVs, editing software and old laptops without a codec pack.
Audio-only downloads skip the video stream entirely. That makes them fast and small, and the MP3 is encoded from the best audio track the platform has rather than from a re-recorded video file.
How to download a video
Open the video and copy its URL from the share menu or straight from the address bar.
Drop the link in the box and press Fetch. The title, thumbnail and available qualities load in a second or two.
Choose MP4 and a resolution, or switch to MP3 or M4A if you only want the sound.
The file is prepared on the server and sent to your browser. It is deleted from the server as soon as the transfer finishes.

Is downloading videos legal?
It depends on the video and what you do with it. Saving your own uploads, public-domain material or content you have permission to use is normally fine. Re-uploading someone else's video as your own is not, and every platform forbids it in its terms of service.
